Underage accused of murder, sent to live with father.
The 17-year-old boy from Anantnag was arrested two years ago for the alleged murder of his wife, who was just 12-years-old. The teenager has a scarred history with violence, mental disorders and was married at the age of 13. The accused was kept under observation at Srinagar, after which he was sent home to his father, who had abandoned him soon after the birth.
