1,904 Vehicles Penalised for Violating COVID-19 Restrictions in Noida

Over 64 people have been arrested during the COVID-19 lockdown, and owners of 1,904 vehicles were penalised across Noida and Greater Noida along with 22 vehicles being impounded for violation of the curbs. Uttar Pradesh had implemented a complete lockdown from July 10-13, during which Rs.1,70,250 were collected in fines. Section 144 which bars assembly of more than four people together illegal, is also in force.
