2019 Disha Encounter Case, Panel Founds Police Guilty For Extrajudicial Killings

Supreme Court panel submitted its report on the findings of the extrajudicial killings of the 2019 Disha Rape Case accused, in an encounter. The matter was under investigation since 2019, which revealed that three of the four dead suspects, who were killed in an encounter, even before judicial trials were minors. The report also claimed the 10 police officials involved in the encounter should be tried for murder.
