99% of ICU beds for COVID-19 patients occupied in Mumbai: BMC

As per Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) data, 99% of ICU beds for COVID-19 patients were occupied in Mumbai, as of May 28. Of the 645 ICU beds, 99% were occupied, 65% of the 4,292 beds with oxygen support were occupied and 72% of 373 ventilators were in use. The total number of COVID-19 cases in Mumbai as on May 28 was 35,273.
