Advocate Gaurav Parker Claims Goswami Was Arrested Without an FIR; Protests at Osmania University

The ABVP activists held a protest at the Osmania University for arresting Arnab Goswami, the Editor-in-Chief at Republic TV. The Mumbai police arrested him for abetting the suicide of Anvay Naik, a 53-year-old interior designer and his mother in 2018. The protesters slammed the Maharashtra government claiming Arnab was attacked and arrested for representing their voices. According to the advocate Gaurav Parker, Goswami was arrested without an FIR.
