AIIMS: Human Clinical Trials of Covaxin Begins from Monday

All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) Ethics Commitee was given the nod to conduct human trials of Covaxin. The premier hospital will start enrolling healthy volunteers from Monday. Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has selected 12 sites for conducting phase 1 and phase 2 of human trials. Out of 375 volunteers selected for phase 1 trials, 100 would be from AIIMS.
