Ailing Rajasthan Congress MLA Gajendra Singh Shaktawat Dies At 48

Ailing Congress MLA Gajendra Singh Shaktawat from Rajasthan’s Vallabhnagar passed away at 48 on January 20. The two-time MLA was shifted to a hospital in Delhi a month ago and was undergoing a liver treatment. Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and former Dy-CM Sachin Pilot paid condolences through their tweets. The son of former home minister and Congress stalwart Gulab Singh Shaktawat, Gajendra had also joined the political rift led by Pilot in July 2020.
