Amazon Stands Most Preferred Etailer In India, Reveals Study

Recent data from Redseer and Shadowfox has revealed Amazon.com topped the list of e-commerce companies for better consumer experience and delivery speed. As per reports, consumers were interested in Amazon due to its return policies and reverse logistics. The etailer has outplayed other leading brands, including Flipkart, Paytm Mall, etc. Shadowfax CEO Abishek Bansal said, "We are seeing e-commerce and logistics players investing significantly on ramping up regional warehousing."
