Amid China Tension: No villages near border evacuated, says Army sources

No village has been evacuated close to the Line of Actual Control or LAC, army sources said on June 18 amid tension after a deadly face-off between India and China on June 15. Mobile network in border areas is operational, however, data services have been snapped. The Srinagar-Leh highway remains open to traffic.
