Angry Birds Inventor "Rovio Entertainment" Accused Against Child Privacy
Hector Balderas, a New Mexico Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against "Rovio Entertainment", the inventor of the Angry Birds game and mobile franchise, in regards to privacy violation. Balderas's lawsuit claims that Rovio Entertainment has violated state privacy laws and the "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act" (COPPA) by collecting personal information of children under 13 years of age. "Rovio Entertainment" has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
