Anti-Viral Gene Affects Risk Of Alzheimer's Disease & Severe COVID-19: Research

A new study performed by the University College London discovered an anti-viral gene that influences the risk of both Alzheimer's disease and severe COVID-19. The findings might pave the way for novel therapeutic targets or assessing disease progression in either disease, as well as imply that therapies produced could be utilised for both diseases.
