Aruna Tanwar Becomes First India Paralympic Player To Compete Tokyo
Indian Taekwondo-player Aruna Tanwar has qualified for the quarter-finals of the Tokyo Paralympics on September 2. Tanwar wins over the game against Serbia's Danijela Jovanovic by 29-9 in the women K44-49kg category. Besides, with the wild card admission at the Tokyo Paralympic Games, Tanwar becomes the first Indian to compete in the multi-para sport event in a long time.
