Automobile Industry Witnesses 91% Sales Hike Amid Festive Spirit

The Automobile industry witnesses a 91% rise in sales with robust festive demand, coupled with better production due to easing of semiconductor supplies. The productions helped the domestic passenger vehicle industry to have better monthly sales performance in September, which led to 3,55,946 units. With this, the second quarter sales would cross the 10-lakh sales mark, in the Indian market. Moreover, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Tata Motors gave better sales.
