Bangalore City Gets Rail Link To Airport; Ticket Priced At Rs 10
Bangalore's much-awaited train service from the city railway station to Kempegowda International Airport, which is in the outskirts of the city was launched on January 4. The train would function at a fare which is much lesser than the cost of cabs and busses that were operated to the airport. After the commencement, Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said, "This will go a long way in enhancing last-mile connectivity".
