Bengaluru: Two People Booked For Gambling on IPL match
Two men were booked on October 27 by the Bengaluru City Crime Branch for their suspected role in illicit betting on an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 match. About 13.5 lakh in cash and two mobile phones were confiscated by the cops from the suspects. The alleged gambling took place during the recent game between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals.
