Bihar: 0000000000 Noted As Phone Number Of Many COVID+ People

Bihar's Primary Health Centres (PHC) including those in Jamui, Sheikhpura and Patna are under scrutiny for botched COVID-19 test records filled in by data entry staff. The blunders include noting 0000000000 as phone numbers of hundreds of tested individuals. Besides, active phone numbers of even untested people were listed in multiple entries of tested ones. Reportedly, the scramble was to meet testing targets and siphon off profits from unused testing kits.
