Bihar Migrant Labour Who Went Jobless In Pandemic, Now Runs LED Unit

Bihar migrant worker Pramod Baitha, who went jobless amid the pandemic, has started an LED bulb factory from home today. Taking inspiration from 'vocal for local,' Pramod started manufacturing LED bulbs by investing Rs 40,000 for raw materials. Besides, he has given employment to local labourers by imparting formal training to them. Interestingly, Baitha got appreciation in PM Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat'. Currently operated by 8 employees, Baitha produces 800 bulbs daily.
