Bihar: Senior RJD Leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh Quits Party Ahead of Elections
Senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh quit the party on September 10. This came as a major setback for the opposition party as the Bihar assembly elections are ahead. He had already stepped down from the post of RJD's national vice-president in June. Reportedly, he was upset with his rival and former MP Ramakishore Singh's attempts to join RJD. Singh is currently admitted at AIIMS, Ranchi.
