BJP and Congress Castigate Mehbooba Mufti Over 'Seditious' Comments: J&K

In the wake of former CM Mehbooba Mufti's comments regarding the national flag and Jammu Kashmir flag, the J&K BJP President called her comments a "seditious act". He requested Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to take action against her. Meanwhile, the Congress party has also condemned her statement. J&K Pradesh Congress Committee's chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma while calling her statements "intolerable and unacceptable in any society," said that she has hurt the sentiments of the people.
