Bombay HC Grants Pre Arrest Bail To Pregnant Woman Accused For Husband's Suicide

Reviewing a petition, the Bombay HC granted pre-arrest bail to a pregnant woman accused of abetting her husband's suicide. Ensuring the safety of the pregnant woman and her baby, the vacation bench of Justice Milind Jadhav said, although the charges are serious, the accused is six-months pregnant, therefore has been granted pre-arrest bail. The accused's husband committed suicide in April, following which a case was registered against the woman.
