Brazilian Apparel Brand Asked To Apologise For Hurting Hindu's Sentiments
For "deeply trivializing" the Hindu sentiments, a Brazilian fashion brand has been asked to remove the image of Lord Ganesha from its unisex apparel. US-based Hindu cleric Rajan Zed condemned the fashion brand for hurting devotee's emotions and demanded an apology. Besides, he said, “Clothing companies should not be in the business of religious appropriation, sacrilege and ridiculing entire communities.” However, the company has not responded yet.
