Breast Cancer: Expert Suggests Self-Examination For Prevention
Stressing the importance of discussions regarding women-centric cancers, Oncologist Dr JB Sharma suggested self-examination a way to prevent cancer. He added that lumps in the breast and armpits should not be ignored carelessly and must be regularly self-examined. Moreover, Dr Sharma stated irregular vaginal discharges and bleeding should be considered as early signs of cervical cancer. In addition to it, Pap Smear tests and HPV testing are helpful in prevention.
