British Airways to Sell Artworks to Tackle Loss of Revenue amid Covid-19 Pandemic
British Airways, known for its artwork collection, is set to sell several of them from its headquarters and executive lounges to balance revenues that have taken a hit due to covid-19 pandemic. The sale will be held at Sotheby’s, London on July 28. Some of them could even fetch six-figure sums. The airlines had earlier committed to raise revenue without any layoffs.
