Google News Initiative, introduced in 2018, focuses on providing quality journalism by funding more on its journalism-based tools. These tools that Google has introduced focuses on understanding the audiences and help in increasing the readership. Two free products that Google has introduced are 'New Consumer Insights' which helps to grow more audiences and 'Realtime Contingent Insights' which helps the publishers to find out what's trending at any given moment.
