California: Couple's Baby 'Gender-Revealing' Event Causes Wildfires

In California, a couple’s baby "gender-revealing" event has led to wildfires stretching up to 11.5 square miles. They fired a popular device which ignited the summer-dried grass. The fire erupted on September 5 at El Ranch Dorado Park. Officials said that the couple might be charged to pay for the firefighting expenses, as punishment. Reportedly, over two million acres have been burnt due to wildfire in Carolina in 2020.
