California Revokes Prohibition On Selling Semi-Automatic Guns To Minors

A US federal appeals court declared on May 11 that California's restriction on selling semi-automatic guns to adults under the age of 21 violates the country's constitution. In California, buyers under the age of 21 are already forbidden from purchasing firearms. The case went to court after being brought up by a number of individuals and groups advocating for gun ownership rights.
