Centre Demands Kulbhushan Jadhav to be Represented by Indian Lawyer
Ministry of External Affairs' spokesperson Anurag Srivastava on August 20 informed that India has demanded for Kulbhushan Jadhav to be represented by an Indian lawyer in Pakistani court. He said India was utilising the diplomatic channels in the issue of review petition filed against the death sentence of Jadhav. He also said that Pakistan should give copies of "relevant documents of the case" and provided "unimpeded" consular access to Jadhav.
