Centre Petitions Rajasthan HC to Prevent Injunctions by Banned Apps

Expecting legal challenges from the fifty nine Chinese apps that were banned in India for possessing security threats, the Central government has filed a petition to the Rajasthan High Court (HC) asking it to bypass any injunction filed by the mobile app companies to remove the ban. “Let nothing be done till the applicants (government) are heard in the matter,” read the petition.
