Centre Urges Against "Overzealous" Judicial Intervention Over Vaccination
The Centre has submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court against any "judicial interference" regarding differential pricing, shortage of doses and slow rollout of vaccines. The affidavit read that "Overzealous, though well-meaning" judicial intervention can cause "unintended consequences" in the vaccination drive. About the vaccines prices, the Centre said, "Pricing of vaccines is not only reasonable but uniform across the country (after) government persuasion with two vaccine companies."
