Children Below 3 Years Not Allowed In TV; News Rules Issued For Children In Entertainment Industry
New draft guidelines have been issued for the welfare of children in the entertainment industry. The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights issued regulations with regards to children's participation in films, TV, reality shows, OTT, etc. According to the guidelines, children before three years of age cannot be allowed on shows except promotional programmes on breastfeeding and immunisation. Various rules governing their education and health are also introduced.
