China Relaxes 2 Year Covid Visa Ban On Indian Professionals; Tourism Visa Suspended

Following Beijing's stringent visa restrictions set in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Chinese Embassy in India will issue visas to Indian professionals and their families who have been stuck in India for more than two years. China is also examining requests of Indian students enrolled in Chinese universities who expressed a desire to return to their schools and universities. Visas for tourism and personal use, meanwhile, are still suspended.
