China Sets New World Record In Experiment Of 'Artificial Sun'
China's ''artificial sun'', Experimental advanced superconducting tokamak (EAST), achieved a continuous high temperature of 120 million degrees Celsius for 101 seconds in the latest experiment, said media reports. Reportedly, it's a big achievement for China in its journey to get clean energy by creating nuclear fusion like the Sun. It generates power from deuterium which is unlimited on earth. It also produces less pollution compared to coal and oil.
