CM Eknath Shinde Says Maharashtra Govt Assigned 11,199 Crore For Tribal Community Welfare
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on August 10, said the state government has set aside Rs. 11,199 crores for tribal development and welfare for the fiscal year 2022-23. Shinde also stated that his government planned to bring them into the mainstream by offering educational, social, and economic opportunities. Shinde was virtually addressing Adivasis at a gathering for International Day of World's Indigenous People, also known as World Tribal Day.
