Congress to form coalition government in Manipur after BJP MLAs resigned

Former Manipur CM Ibobi Singh said his party will move a no-confidence motion against the current Chief Minister N Biren Singh and to form a coalition government in the state. The latest development comes after BJP MLA S Subhashchandra Singh, TT Haokip and Samuel Jendai resigned from BJP and the State Assembly to join Congress.
