Coronavirus can Show Harmful after Effects Post Recovery; Health Ministry Warns

The Union Health Ministry has cautioned that patients who have recovered from Covid-19 can have harmful after effects and health complications. The warning came after Home Minister Amit Shah was admitted to AIIMS on August 18, after testing negative for Covid-19. New developments of post-recovery state of patients are coming to the forefront, says Ministry. The post-recovery illness could result in respiratory issues, fibrosis in lungs, and immunological reactions in children.
