In a shocking incident, a Telangana Dalit man was beaten to death for stealing cable wires. At 1 am, on March 26, the villagers of Gummadidala, in Sangareddy district, beaten the man identified as M Mallesh, who died on March 27, 6 am. The police registered a case as per complaint of Mallesh's wife M Meena, who demanded arrested of those who killed her husband. An investigation is underway.
