Delhi On High Alert; Terrorist May Target Petrol Pumps, Tankers

Based on the inputs of a terrorist attack, Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana met with senior officials to discuss the anti-terror measures before the upcoming festivals in Delhi on October 9. Reportedly, inputs suggest petrol pumps and tankers could be targeted by terrorists. ''Local criminals, gangsters, and orthodox can help in such attack,'' Asthana said. However, the officials have been ordered to verify tenants and workers in the capital.
