Delhi Scraps Mandatory Requirement of Doctor's Prescription for COVID Tests
Following the orders of the Delhi High Court, CM Arvind Kejriwal on September 8 announced that the mandatory requirement of having doctor's prescription to undergo COVID-19 test has been scrapped off. The Delhi CM informed about the decision through Twitter. "Anyone can get himself tested," he tweeted. Earlier, the court had given the orders expressing concern over the alarming increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in Delhi.
