Disney Legend Ruthie Tompson Passes Away At 111

Ruthie Tompson, named a Disney Legend by the Walt Disney Studio, passed away at the age of 111 at her home in the US's California on October 10, according to variety.com. Tompson had joined the studio as a painter in its Ink and Paint Department and worked for nearly 40 years before retiring in 1975. She also worked as a final checker for the studio's many animated features.
