DK Shivakumar Moves Karnataka HC Against FIR Filed By CBI In Disproportionate Assets Case: Karnataka

Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president DK Shivakumar filed a petition in the Karnataka High Court seeking to quash the FIR filed against him by CBI, in a disproportionate assets case. The matter was heard by a single-member bench headed by Sunil Dutt Yadav, and a notice was issued to CBI. The counsel for the petitioner contended that the FIR filed was unconstitutional, as necessary procedures weren't allegedly followed.
