Dog with tape tied around its mouth for almost two weeks rescued in Kerala

A dog, about three years old, was rescued by People for Animal Welfare Services (PAWS) members in Thrissur almost two weeks after being seen with tape tied around its mouth. The team couldn't find it for days after calls as it must've been hiding due to fear, PAWS secretary said. "When we removed the tape...the dog drank 2-litre water," he added.
