Drugs Worth Rs 2.5 Billion Seized In Sri Lanka; Pakistan's ISI Suspected
Seizing drugs worth Rs 2.5 billion, Sri Lanka's Excise Department has arrested four people who were carrying the seized contraband from the Chinese-controlled Gwadar port of Pakistan. The arrest took place on December 6 in the Marawila Thoduwawa region. The officials seized 100 kilograms of heroin and 100 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine (ice). Moreover, it is suspected that Pakistan's ISI and Chinese intelligence officials are involved in the smuggling.
