Earthquake Jolts Manipur, Meghalaya, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands

According to the National Centre of Seismology, an earthquake struck Diglipur, Andaman & Nicobar islands measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale. The quake tremors measuring 4.0 were recorded near Ukhrul in Manipur on June 28th. Tremors of magnitude 3.9 were also felt near Tura in Meghalaya at 12.24 P.M. This is the second earthquake recorded in Meghalaya within last 24 hours.
