ED Freezes Helicopter At Chennai As Per US Request

As per the request of US Department of Justice, a helicopter of Hameed Ibrahim and Abdulla stored at J. Matadee Free Trade warehouse Zone, Chennai was froze by the Enforcement Directorate under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Allegedly, the helicopter was in use by a "prohibited" country, and it was reported to be in a dismantled condition. Further investigation on the matter is underway.
