Ex BSF Officer Assumes Charges As ABVIMAS Director

Avinash Negi, the former BSF officer, on January 16, assumed charges as the director of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (ABVIMAS), Manali. BSF took to Twitter and congratulated Mr. Negi, who is also accomplished mountain climber and paragliding pilot. Tweet read, "Congratulations to Avinash Negi, @BSF_India officer and an accomplished mountaineer, solo paragliding pilot, mountain biker and skier on assuming charges as Director of ABVIMAS."
