EX UP Minister Hari Shankar Tiwari Is No More

Veteran leader and strong Brahmin politician of Uttar Pradesh, Hari Shankar Tiwari, passed away on the night of May 16. He took his last breath at his residence amid prolonged illness, kidney-related issues and heart disease, confirmed sources. Speaking of his political career, Tiwari was a strong Samajwadi Party leader and won as MLA from Chillupar Assembly.  He also served as the cabinet minister from 1997-2007 under several leaders' government.
