Family Goes Missing After Filing Complaint Against Vikas Dubey

Kanpur village is shaken again by the activities of Vikas Dubey, the history-sheeter who has already killed 8 police personnel in a raid. Sources say that Dubey and his brother-in-law Rahul Tiwari had a dispute over two acres of the gram panchayat land at Bikru village. Tiwari had previously approached the police to complain that he was getting death threats from Dubey. Police confirmed Tiwari and his family are missing.
