Father raped her 8-year-old daughter in Uttar Pradesh, arrested

A father allegedly raped his 8-year-old daughter at his home in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur district on June 14. The incident occurred when the victim's mother was not at home. When she returned, her neighbours informed her and lodged a complaint against her husband. The "case was registered under the POCSO Act after medical examination, He is now in jail", the police said.
