FIR Filed After Mumbai Police Get '26/11-Like' Attack Threat From Pakistan Number

Mumbai Police lodged a complaint against an unknown individual at Worli police station after a threat message of a 26/11-style terror attack was received at Mumbai traffic police control center from Pakistan-based phone number. City Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar stated on August 20 after receiving the messages, state Anti-Terrorism Squad and police officers were placed on high alert. One text stated the assault would be carried out by six persons.
