For first time in history of Indian automobile sector, sales dropped by 89% in April' 20

For the first time in the history of Indian automobile sector, as per the data shared by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) on June 8, the sales have dropped by 88.87 per cent. The current data shows that only 2,02,697 units were sold in May 2020 contrary to 18,21,650 in May 2019. India recorded zero retails in April, said the President of FADA, Ashish Harsharaj Kale.
